2. Roles and Responsibilities

The Service supports multiple roles — system administrators, establishment administrators, employees, and patients. Establishments and their employees are responsible for the clinical accuracy of records, appointments, referrals, and results they enter. Salun-at provides the platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Not a Medical Provider

The Service is a software tool, not a healthcare provider. Content within the Service does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• access data you are not authorized to access;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security controls;
• use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Patient Data

Your use of health data through the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Establishments act as Personal Information Controllers for the records they create; Salun-at acts as a Personal Information Processor for those records.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Salun-at and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including data-retention obligations and limitations of liability — will survive.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
